"The best Christmas ever"

Films: The Christmas Dragon (2014)

Alias: None

Type: Mystical

Location: Forest/Civilized Area

Height/Weight: Twice that of an ox.

Affiliation: Good

Summary: Christmas stories are always nice ways to warm the heart and show the listener that in these troubled times, there is still good in the world. Granted, tales of something or someone saving Christmas are nothing new, but you know what would make for the greatest version of that story ever? One with a freaking dragon in it!

History: In medieval Europe, the holiday spirit is at an all time low, and Father Christmas is on the verge of dying because of it. Even worse, a living forest called the Snarl is spreading, and threatens to destroy the whole kingdom. But then, everything changes. A dying elf tells a girl that she's the key to saving Christmas, and what's more, she manages to find and befriend a baby orphaned dragon (possibly the offspring of the one that traumatized her as a kid, but still). With her new destiny and a dragon to pull Saint Nick's sleigh, the holidays may not be so doomed to destruction after all!

Notable Kills: None.

Final Fate: After some hijinks, the dragon helps her newfound friends bring toys to all the children in the village, and rekindle the holiday spirit with a ringing of the bell, bringing Father Christmas away from the brink of death. With the peace and the joy restored, the dragon gets to live the rest of her days in peace to grow one day into a noble guardian instead of a destroyer like her predecessors.

Powers/Abilities: Breathing fire.

Weakness: Anything conventional.

Scariness Factor: 1.5-Aside from the usual lackluster CGI, this dragon is one of the most adorable we've covered thus far. With those big lizard eyes and that endearingly youthful disposition, there isn't a bad bone in this specimen's body. Also, she helped save Christmas. That's as good as it gets! Also, she makes for a much-deserved happy ending for a legacy of badass yet deceased dragons. More on that in the Trivia.

Trivia: -In case you didn't notice, this dragon comes from the exact same one as the dragons seen in "Dawn of the Dragonslayer" and "Dragonfyre". That one CGI model really gets around!

-This film was funded on Kickstarter. No, really.
